Initial fitness/goal planning session: 30-45 minutes
Includes body composition, fitness assessment, nutrition discussion and modification if necessary, establish personal goals
Training session options:
- Single training session (50 minute training)
- Single training session (30 minutes training and 20 minutes nutrition/meal planning)
- Single training session (30 minute training only)
- Couples training session (30 minute session)
- Couples training session (50 minute session)
Forms of payments accepted:
- Debit/credit cards
- Checks accepted on approval- $29.00 fee applied to all returned checks
